The program is aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of forensic psychological and psychological-psychiatric expert examination, as well as in other forms of using clinical and psychological knowledge in operational investigative, investigative activities and in court proceedings.
Graduates know and understand the theory, methodology, organizational, legal and ethical foundations of forensic examinations for criminal and civil proceedings. Furthermore, they are able to run psychological and clinical psychological research.
Graduates possess knowledge, skills and abilities that allow them to solve complex tasks in the field of justice, law enforcement agencies, healthcare, medical and social assistance to the population, as well as in public and economic organizations, administrative bodies, research organizations providing psychological services to individuals and organizations.
Graduates of the program have the opportunity to make a career and improve their qualifications in forensic institutions of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice of Russia, non-governmental forensic institutions, law enforcement agencies, law enforcement agencies, psychological, medical and social organizations of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of Russia. The program is aimed at training specialists of a wide profile working at the intersection of psychology, psychiatry, narcology, sexology, suicidology, criminal and civil law, capable of acting as a forensic expert, a specialist (as a procedural figure with legally defined rights and duties) or a consultant.
