Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Distance Learning

Main activities of the department:

• implementation of the main educational programs of higher and additional professional education and postgraduate educational programs in accordance with the license, the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education (FSES VPO) in the direction 37.03.01 \”Psychology\”, qualification \”Bachelor\” and requests of interested parties – students, employers, society and the state based on a combination of the fundamental nature of classical university education, sectoral practical orientation and innovations.

• development of the main educational programs of higher education in newly introduced directions of training and additional professional education according to the profile of the University.

• development of research activities in the areas of psychological help to the population using remote technologies, psychology and pedagogy of Distance Learning.

• improvement of pedagogical teaching methods and methods of scientific research based on innovative and information and communication technologies, including remote ones.

Science

The team of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Distance Learning carries out research work on the topic “Development of personal potential in difficult life conditions”.

Scientific projects supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) and the Russian Science Foundation (RSF) are being implemented:

1. \”Development of the personality of students with disabilities in the context of inclusive Distance Learning\” (RFBR, 2019)

The study is devoted to the actual problem of personality development, self-regulation and personal agency of students with disabilities in the course of Distance Learning and by means of Distance Learning.

2. \”Psychological resources of socially vulnerable groups in the face of modern challenges (on the example of persons with disabilities and their families)\” (RSF, 2021).

The study is devoted to the development of new methodological approaches to the problem of social vulnerability; deepening the general psychological understanding of social vulnerability, the role of the individual and the family in overcoming it; development of principles, methods and technologies for targeted psychological help to socially vulnerable groups and families, aimed at developing their resources.
